At CarlinKit (Hong Kong) Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to start the return process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure the garments remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
